Product Guarantee and Packaging
All of the products available on the Site are genuine designer fragrances. Our Site has absolutely NO imitations or knock-offs. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE DESIGNER OR THE DESIGNER'S PERFUME MANUFACTURER IN ANY WAY AND HAVE NO AGREEMENT OR ARRANGEMENT WITH THEM AUTHORIZING US TO REPACKAGE THE PERFUME.
Returns & Refund Policy
You'll have 15 days after delivery to return the 8ml perfume purchases in their original condition for store credit towards any purchase on the ScentGod site. If you'd like to make a return, please contact us. It may take up to two weeks to process your return and credit your account (we will make sure to notify you by email once your return has been processed).
Gift Subscriptions
You can purchase a Gift Subscription for someone by pre-paying the subscription fee. All Gift Subscriptions are non - refundable.
Gift Box
All Gift Box orders are non - refundable unless they are not delivered in perfect condition, in which case they are replaceable within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Full Sized Bottled
By purchasing a full-sized perfume bottle from ScentGod Pty. Ltd., the buyer ("you" or "your") acknowledges and agrees that all sales of full-sized bottles on our website are final, with no returns, exchanges, or refunds permitted. For any questions or concerns, buyers are encouraged to contact our customer service team prior to purchase.
Your Account
You may choose to create an account on the Site by registering with us or using third-party sign on services (e.g. Facebook Connect). If you use a third-party sign on service, you expressly authorize ScentGod to access your account information maintained by identified third-party data service providers, on your behalf in connection with your use of the Site. Your registration is subject to our review and approval and we reserve the right not to approve, or withdraw approval of, your registration at any time for any reason. When you register an account, you will select an email address/username and password to be used to access your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms or if we decide, at our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so.
ScentGod Rewards Program
- Accrual of ScentGod Coins: Upon each payment transaction made by a customer to ScentGod, said customer shall be awarded a commensurate number of "ScentGod Coins", in accordance with the prevailing rates and policies determined by ScentGod at its sole discretion. Such rates and policies may be subject to change without prior notice.
- No Cash or Credit Value: ScentGod Coins have no cash or credit value and may not, under any circumstances, be converted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any equivalents thereof.
- Redemption of ScentGod Coins: Customers are at liberty to redeem their accumulated ScentGod Coins at any time of their choosing. Upon redemption of these coins, the corresponding reward will be included with the customer's ensuing order from ScentGod. The nature and value of the rewards obtainable through the redemption of ScentGod Coins will be as prescribed by ScentGod and are subject to change at the company's sole discretion without prior notification to the customers.
Shipping Policy
First Month: Your first ScentGod package should ship from our facility within 3 days of your subscription order, though delivery times may vary from 6 to 9 days due to the great care we put into delicately packaging each fragrance. Just remember to choose your first scent within 12 hours of placing your order. And don't worry -- you can always move around your queue if something new catches your eye.
After the First Month: By the second month, all subscribers fall on our regular billing and shipping cycle, meaning that you'll be billed on your chosen date of the month and can expect your package to arrive at your doorstep 7 to 10 days later. If for some reason your payment is blocked on your chosen date but works when we attempt again later in the month, your shipment will leave our facility around the end of the month. Shipping: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification of its shipment.
To avoid delays during the holiday season, your order above $150 will sent via Express Post without any extra charge. However, we do not guarantee a delivery within 1-3 business days once the order leaves our facility but during most of the times, orders sent via Express Post get delivered within the expected time frame.
