  • What is ScentGod?
    Scentgod is a fun way to explore new fragrances without buying the entire bottle at once. You will get a 30 day supply of an authentic designer or niche fragrance at your doorstep every month. Our vials equate to 120 sprays, enough to apply 4 times daily for 30 days. You would also receive a slick, travel friendly case with your first purchase, free of charge, and then every 4th month.
  • How much does a ScentGod subscription cost?
    All subscribers begin on a monthly package for $ 17.45/month or $24.95/month for ScentGod Premium. All regular subscriptions are recurring, unless cancelled within the term deadline. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for shipping & handling.
  • Please explain the process from payment to shipment?
    Your first ScentGod package would ship from our facility within 2-4 days of your subscription order, though delivery times may vary from 5 to 7 days due to the great care we put into delicately packaging each fragrance. Just remember to choose your first scent within 12 hours of placing your order. And don't worry -- you can always move around your queue if something new catches your eye. After the First Month: By the second month, all subscribers fall on our regular billing and shipping cycle, meaning that you’ll be billed on your chosen date of the month and can expect your package to arrive at your doorstep 7 to 10 days later. If for some reason your payment is blocked on your chosen date but works when we attempt again later in the month. Shipping: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification and SMS of its shipment.
  • What are my subscription options?
    You can go on our monthly package for $17.45/month or if you are a heavy perfume user you can change your frequency to weekly or fortnightly, costing $17.45/ bottle. We also have a 6 month package for $94 (after 10% discount) and a yearly package $178 (after 15% discount). You can also try our Premium range for just $24.95/ month, $135 bi-annually or $255 annually. You can change the frequency to weekly or fortnightly depending on your usage. You can also upgrade or downgrade any time. All regular subscriptions are recurring, unless cancelled within the term deadline. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for shipping & handling.
  • How do you assure the authenticity of your fragrances?
    Scentgod takes pride in only offering 100% authentic fragrances provided to us by authorized vendors or by the brands directly. We never carry fakes, knock-offs, or imitations -- a policy we take extremely seriously. We take great care that any fragrance we decant from its original large bottle into our sleek Scentgod vial is completely genuine.
  • If I change my mind, can I cancel my subscription?
    For your convenience, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your membership, simply visit your Profile and click on the “Cancel Subscription” link located beneath manage subscription to begin the cancellation process. Please note: We do not currently offer refunds for first-time shipments or renewed subscriptions. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please be sure to cancel prior to your next billing date. If your subscription is cancelled after you've been billed, you'll receive your remaining shipment(s) your cancellation will prevent future billing. Due to the expedited processing turnaround for first-time shipments, we're unable to cancel your shipment once your order has been placed. If you've cancelled your subscription immediately after subscribing, you can still expect to receive your first shipment, but your plan will not renew. If your subscription has renewed for a multi-month plan and you wish to revert back to a month-to-month plan, simply reach out to Support and let us know. We're happy to help take care of that!
  • I just placed an order! When will it ship?
    We’ll notify you as soon as your order has shipped! First Month: Your first Scentgod package should ship from our facility within a few days of your subscription order and arrives 7 to 10 days later. Just remember to choose your first scent within 12 hours of placing your order. And don't worry -- you can always move around your queue if something new catches your eye, but make sure to do so before your renewal date the following month. After the First Month: By the second month, recurring subscribers can expect their packages to ship on their chosen date and arrive at your doorstep 7 to 10 days later. If for some reason your payment is blocked on your chosen date but works when we attempt again later in the month, your shipment will leave our facility around the end of the month. Because we work hard to customize each order according to the fragrance you’ve selected, delivery time may vary.
  • When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?
    You’ll be billed for your first Scentgod with your initial purchase. Starting with your second month, you’ll fall on our regular billing and shipping cycle, meaning that you’ll be billed on your chosen date of each month and can expect your package to arrive after 7-10 days.
  • I'm ready to place an order. When will I be charged?
    You’ll be billed as soon as your order is placed. From there, we’ll be in touch with shipping information as soon as your products are on the way!
  • What payment methods can I use?
    For rebillable subscription orders, we accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards to make payments.
  • I need to update my profile information. How do I do that?
    Simply log in to your account to update your queue, billing details, address, or subscription plan. Just make sure to make any necessary changes before your chosen date; otherwise, all changes will take effect in the next month.
  • What should I do about a missing or damaged product?
    We offer replacements or store credit for damaged and missing products within 30 days of the original ship date – just contact us! Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer cash returns at this time.
  • How does the Scentgod coupon work?
    Anyone who subscribes using our standard coupon is entitled to 25% off your first supply. You can use any valid coupon code on the checkout page
  • What is your promotion code policy and how do they work?
    One promotional code can be applied to each subscription order. The coupon code should be valid and can only be applied for the first month's payment.
  • I’m having second thoughts. Can I return my order?
    Yes, of course! You’ll have 15 days after delivery to return your order in it's original condition for store credit towards any purchase on the Scentgod site. If you’d like to make a return, please contact us. It may take up to two weeks to process your return and credit your account (we will make sure to notify you by email once your return has been processed).
  • Can I return my Scentgod subscription?
    Scentgod subscriptions are nonrefundable and ineligible for returns unless they are not delivered in perfect condition, in which case they are replaceable within 30 days of the original shipping date.
  • I’ve heard good things about your referral program. Tell me more!
    Glad you asked! If you’re currently an active subscriber, head to our referral page for your unique referral link and to send e-mail invites or share your link on social media for friends and family you think might also love ScentGod. Every time a friend subscribes using your unique referral link, both of you will earn one free supply of a standard scent for your ScentGod subscription. Your friend will receive their second supply for free.
  • I didn't receive the perfume that I added to the queue. What happened?
    You can add your favourite perfumes to the queue and the system checks it up while creating your order to try to send you that perfume. However, there are certain cases when that might not be possible which include the following: You have already received that particular perfume within last three months; Your preferred perfume was not in stock at the time of order generation; You edited your fragrance calendar after the order was generated. Get in touch with us as soon as you notice and we'll fix the problem.
  • Is there a phone number for ScentGod?
    We don't currently offer phone support, since we feel we're able to offer our best customer care through email and social media support. We respond to every message we receive within 24 hours. Please email your questions/ querries to info@scentgod.com.au.
  • Can I try the same perfume every month?
    The whole purpose of this platform is to discover new fragrances so unfortunately you can't repeat the same perfume every month. However you can always try the same perfume after a 3 month period.
  • How many ml is each bottle?
    You get 8ml per bottle, roughly around 120 sprays.
